Then again, it might be from before your time. I first learned it over 40 years ago.

I, also, have never heard of tracking being used with a town.

It's really hard to take one word ("tracking") literally in American English with the way we keep shifting meanings and finding new ways to use a word all the time.

Anyway.

Now that I think about it, I think Ian is probably better capable of healing these type of "deformities" than I first thought. I'm sure the start of his "curing" quest started with looking up and practicing any possible ways to help a half-elf. Before finding the god-husk, he just had the knowledge without the capability. The scary thing is that Ian also had the knowledge to beat an elven army captain in a magic duel. That's a scary and cool thought.

So Ian's going to vaporize the clothing off of every female in town.

Regarding horses http://www.errantstory.com/archive.php?date=2004-09-01.

As for the metaphor, maybe it's only west of the Rockies. It definitely exists though. I think there is an internet site out there that tacks down colloqialisms.

Yes, however, I omitted that particular mental image for aesthetic reasons.

Impy would demand it. And both shoonra and myself wouldn't exactly be displeased either.

Edit: Perhaps Poe just sucks, or is too damn slow, at drawing equines. He wouldn't be the first artist with that problem.

I also recall that Jon left Sarine standing in a nice cloud of horse-dust as he rode his rent-a-wagon off into the sunset. Though the comic doesn't actually show the horses (except perhaps the ass of one here), I don't imagine that old man got down and pulled the cart off with Jon in tow.

Then again, there are rickshaws...

Bits and pieces of those dray animals appear in frames scattered amongst the narrative. That's pretty much it for any kind of animal except for Ellis and Rape-kun. I'm not complaining, just making an observation. After all, the empress is a big enough horse's ass to sustain the comic for twenty or thirty chapters. Personnally, I'm perfectly happy looking at Sarine page after page, possibly with an occasional appearance by Leah wearing those lace-collared blouses and caressing her rifle.

I may have two X chromosomes, but even I think seeing Sarine and Leah swaddled in bedsheets together is erotic.

What? No one mentioned them like that? Oh...maybe that's just me...

Believe me, we were all thinking it. Screw Sarine and Meji, Sarine and Leah are the new hot couple.

*drools* Glasses...............

While I'll agree Leah has more raw aesthetic appeal to her (a more mature, demure demeanor, and some sexy librarian thing going there with the glasses, too), I'd like to see some penis involved in this hypothetical tit-mashing, so I'm gonna say Sarine and Riley FTW. Though Leah and Meji can join in too. Heck, throw some Ian in for good measure... maybe get him to go all tentacle-monster on everyone involved. (What? He could do it, he's a freakin' goddess now).

What? Oh, yes, right... it's called *internal* monologue for a reason... sorry.
