That was what I thought when I got one...

On-topic, I'm glad Meji's threatening to incinerate people again. I was getting worried about her.

What kind of dick would complain about not getting attention right away when the healer is collapsing? I mean, especially if he'll be there tommorow?

Yes, I realize some of them may be terminally ill, but if they are well enough to travel, they are well enough to wait for a night.

Keeps his mind off of Lyn? Yeah, I'll buy that. But nice thing is, when you're that tired, sleep comes fast.
Don't usually dream when you're that tired, either.

How is it that I am starting to like Meji again?

I can attest to having some weird-ass fucking disturbing dreams when that exhausted. The more I need sleep, the greater the odds of my having a dream. And I get some serious mind-trips going once I start dreaming. The only time I don't have dreams is if I'm well-rested and have had plenty of sleep on the previous nights.

Meji, taking charge!

Now, should she or shouldn't she keep her hands off the boy while he's unconscious? Nah, it's probably days late to worry about that.

She is doing this thing called "growing up", growing from a brat raised by less then ideal circumstances to person who is being forced to be the "adult". Trauma is good for people.

All the Best,

Nani?

Attempted Elven suppression of half elves who attract too much attention.

Closing time, one last call for alcohol so finish your wiskey or beer.

Ah, I'm glad I wasn't the only one to notice that...
And I guess Meji knows who she wants to take her home. >.>

If someone didn't notice that, they are a poor deprived child and need to listen to more music.

Ding ding ding. It's a cynical way of viewing people, but it proves true whenever someone gets left out of the gravy train (even briefly).

Oh, and here's a random, stupid, and funny thought. There were three elven gods. Ian found the place where one of them passed out of this world. In doing so, Ian gained immense power. Yup, Ian found an Errant Story Triforce.

That'd be me, but the line "you don't have to go home but you can't stay here" spoke for itself, and it was funny. Though not as hilarious as "or you'll have a bunch more stuff you need healed". Never wrong.

Am I the only person who knows the song Closing Time and yet didn't assume that this line was a reference to it? It's a rather common line often spoken when a bar/etc is closing down... hence it's using in the song... and it's use here. The use here didn't have to come by way of the song.

I don't think that a reference to it was being assumed, but rather a similarity to it being celebrated. If it came by way of the song or not, it's still something to note and be reminded of.

As it would happen, I too am in that catagory oddly enough.

Must've been the Triforce of Power. (Or, at least, we know it wasn't Wisdom...)
