:-x Okay, you people, no more smutty talk. I just dropped something in the tip jar by way of atonement, and since I'm confident most of the commenters have more ready cash than I have (and yet still thanking the gawds we asked for a fixed mortgage rate) I'm sure you can do better.

Asthetic issue: I think Poe not only draws women's faces better than men's, I suspect he enjoys drawing them more. Or is this my own slanted view?

More basic than that: Women are pretty; men are ugly.

If you can fall asleep during sex then you are NOT with the ONE!

lemme guess, either you're not married, or havent been married for long ...

Sara went from sweet, miss butter-wouldn't-melt-in-her-mouth to hellion in three frames. Beats my ex by 1 :-P

Both my ex's beat that by 2

Why they're ex's. :-P

Maybe you should follow the thread? This isn't the thread Impy was refering to!

I was talking about the falling asleep during sex thing- you said she was your ex, which pretty much just supported Slamlander's point about... yeah.

Why they're ex's what?

Ex-girlfriends, most likely.

I think he was joking about the use of a possessive in place of a plural.

The plural of ex, if it were a real word, would be exes. "Ex's" entails something that belongs to "ex", e.g. "my ex's dildo is still buried in my closet somewhere".

Hence "ex's what?"

Of course that wouldn't really make sense with the contraction "they're". Some things are things that belong to ex? I suppose that works. "What are those? Oh, they're my ex's sex toys."

But "ex" is, itself, an abbreviation. Although I'm not sure how appropriate it is to do so, I've often seen abbreviations pluralized with "-'s" rather than "-s" or "-es".

So... Think this horse is dead yet? Or should I hit it a couple more times?

There is more than one line of conversation in this thread, I think that's what Slamlander was referring to.

:-( Dude, if your ex-girlfriends have ex-girlfriends, then you are making life waaayyy too complicated.

8-) Unless, of course, you have video.
