Joking aside and to summarise, Initiations are were we roleplay our own little way of greeting newcommers, they(Noobs) are divided into four sections.

1. Ass-Clowns. These are people that start a thread in the wrong place(Like a Roleplaying thread in the Midlands forum) then procede to act like idiots(D00d when is Sara going to get like a lesbian and shit??? I wants Lesbian Elfs bitch, you sux Poe bring back Ralph and Bimbo!!), their initiations are not kindly handed out and often involve painful senarios and large implements of Penetration.

2. Non-Ass-Clowns. People that post smart comments and are greeted with a friendly mutilation done in jest and then welcomed and accepted by the group.

3. DNI'd, people that have done something that makes them not only seem to be intellegent and wise but shows that they don't need to be initiated. Do Not Intiate is what it stands for. The older members usually give these out sparingly when someone has earnt it.

4. Lurkers(The Clever Git clause) for people that manage to get 100 posts without getting any of the above the Clever Git Clause can be invoked so they avoid the above. Mostly no-one bothers too much with this one, to the degree that I may have even go the name wrong.

All in all its just harmless fun and makes sure that everyone knows about the n00b, and helps them to become a member of our little group. It helps us to bring them into the conspiricy to dominate the world for our empress Jordan. I mean.... nothing.

That doesn't mean that you can't make it more difficult for others to break it.
