As of late there are many new people here and I am curious how they found out about Errant Story and Michael Poe. I do not mean the older fans, like myself, who read Exploitation Now for a long time. I mean primarily people whos first exposure to Poe was Errant Story. If you came on near the end of EN that will also be acceptable.

Well, let's see. Being a Warhammer player, I was reading Misfire (www.misfirecomics.com). In one of the rants there, Lexington mentioned Mac Hall. So I read through the Mac Hall archives, and started reading Mac Hall. Which in turn led me to MegaTokyo. Where someone mentioned Exploitation Now in a rant. So I went and read EN (this was just 1-2 months ago or so, after EN was finished). And of course, I then went on to discover ES. And the fact that these forums are a lot more interesting than the MT ones. And less busy, so I actually have time to stay updated in the EN and ES forums.

I heard about it from a fellow twisted soul. (A friend.)

I read a couple of EN a long long time ago. Then I forgot about it. At the time, I was also reading "The Thin H Line". Then that went belly-up and I was sad, but later I found it again, reincarnated as SexyLosers by Hard. Well, Hard had put some links to other comics on his frontpage, so I gave them all a click. I got to Exploitation Now and was like 'wow, thats familiar' and I started reading the archives and found that it had gone from your run-of-the-mill production to a well-written story. Ive been reading ever since.

A little black bird flew through mine open window and whispered his good name in my ear

as I sat there in brooding thoughts and darked humour, it then perched upon the bust of Pallas placed on my mantle across the room

cackling, "Never, nevermore!"

Had read EN a bit a few months before it finished and wandered elsewhere, was informed there was a Forum a while later when Pyro had me proofread something of his. Didn't actually get an account until a poetry thread appeared, to which I added a sonnet. I'm usually on the Prince Discussion Forum, but check back occasionally (and make lots of enemies, re: Unrelated Content!) and sometimes speak up in Debate Club.

I was roaming through the comics at keenspot about 5 or 6 months back and started in on EN. I just found ES shortly after it came out when I just looked at the EN page for the hell of it. So I guess I've been reading Poe for a while.

Even though I started reading Exploitation Now about midway in its lifespan, I feel I might as well say where I first got exposes. I know I got the link off another webcomic, and I believe it was RPG World.

A friend showed me Megatokyo. I figured that there had to be more webcomics out there... Did a Google search for webcomic, eventually found EN, a week before it ended (I came in on the strip where Hooper has Jordan by the arm) I thought I had screwed something up. All good things end when I find them. I'm cursed. *sniff* Mr. Poe: There *is* going to be a sequal right?

You get that too, huh? I am cursed as well in the area of coolness.

I'm so far behind that by the time I join/look at/play something, everybody else has already become a regular/heard of it/mastered it. I'll never be cutting edge.

i hear that kest.

a mate of mine had a wallpaper of real life on his pc, so i read that, then when i finished it, went and searched for more, found rpg world and sexy losers (somehow) and the little picture of EN was bothering me, so i went to investigate and never turned back, or, more to the point, have had my soul stolen.

i missed the ENTIRE of EN so went throught the archives in one weekend (that was fun) and just kept going to the last page for some reason, and found that there was a link to a new comic by him, relief.....

Although I came in quite early, I love to have a good yarn, so I'm going to. Heh.

Firstly, I discovered MT back in the old days, from a link Bioware put up on their site. From there, came EN, which, if memory serves me, was during the flashback sequence, when Ralph and Bimbo remember their high-school days...

Ahh, good times.

I missed all of EN, too. I found this stuff when Sarine was talking to that little midget dude.

I found it via Icymasamune's link, which I found via Polymer City Chronicle's link. All three of these are awsome comics, man.
