ZOMBIE FORUMS

I was reading EN from about 1/2 through it's lifespan, I was just never to big on Forums. So When He started Errant story, I lurked a bit, and finally decided to introduce myself.

I was looking at the icons for the keenspot forums and EN's was a picture of Jordan, that intrigued me so I clicked on it, rea the first 20 comics or so, mde a shortcut to it, got all the way up to date the next day, and eventually came to the forums.

A friend started spouting about sword-chucks, I asked him about it, and he pointed me to 8-bit. After reading that for a month or so I saw it was up for gaming comic of the year in some awards thing. Went in to vote for it, since I hadn't read any others, then decided to check out all of the other categories. The preview of Exploitation Now was Jordan's bar scene, and I thought she was probably the most kick-ass female I'd ever seen. So I spent the entire day (which also happened to be my lucky 18th) getting up to date. Unfortunately that meant all the way to after Jordan rescues Bush from the "prison cell" in the Men-in-Black HQ. From there I came to ES. Happy to have done it, too.

Found EN from a link on the MT forums about something.. I think I turned up about the time Bush met jordan..

After that, ES was the only way to go.

Eh, I was binge reading the Wendy forums over Christmas break a year ago. Saw the link on the front page for E/N. I don't remember what picture it was (it wasn't the sad Bunny). Anywho at that time the naked elf chick picture was still up. I appreciated the humor in a naked elf being used to celebrate the birth of baby Jesus. I stuck around, and over the summer I joined the forums.

Wanted to know more, so hit 'start' button, and kept reading . . .
Caught up to EN-time somewhere around the SOL's powerup sequence . . .
Was confused for a couple days as to why the comic seemed to have ended-->
Joined the forums, and would have made it by Rince's Clever Git Clause, had it not been for an innocent question about initiations . . . I got thwacked soundly by Loki as a result, and haven't left since.

I think, I read the archives in 2 days, and so where I started sorta blurs together with the archive.

There was some site awhile back called "PhoenixFeather's MP3 Horde" or something that I used to download huge amounts of stuff from that had a link to EN. I arrived just in time for Jordan's big flashback story, so I was hooked.

Found EN, enjoyed, came here.

So how did you find EN?

Hmm...hard to remember exactly when, but I think late 2000 I saw RPG World on a search engine, read for a while, used the links to get to 8-bit and EN. I think the first episode I saw was the Bimbo shameless schoolgirl outfit one. I lurked in the forums for about 2 years, I guess, then finally decided to join.

That's fucking scary...

I got here through Phoe, and was more than a little sad and pissed when she had to shut down and condense, and now appears to be totally gone... *sighs* Though I ended up here around the Christmas bar scene... *nods*

I saw an ad for megatokyo on slashdot. Read that for a bit and noticed a pic of Jordan in the art section, w/ refrances to EN and tracked down the comic. One thing lead to another and a few months later I was reading ES.

*Smacks Maud'Dib right back* How the hell should I know? You think I got nothin better to do then keep track of how I got to EN?

I will say this. The first EN strip I can remember seeing is the one where Babs shows up to kill Jordan and Ralph advises her to mind the laser sensor.

In the EN forum, I remember that in my first days, somebody posted the link to the live action Sailor Moon trailer. I even wrote and posted a fanfic in the EN forum inspired by it. I will post it here if anyone gives a damn.
