Traditionally, elves are portrayed quite a bit like the Romans and ancient Greeks. Clothing for them was a status symbol; you wore it to make you feel more important than the next guy. I suppose my gripe with the appraisal of her beauty is that while a pretty, flawless woman of about thirty years of age her looks aren't too special to me other then her being an elf with cute ears, long hair and a near flawless physical condition.

She's not just a hot thirty year old, she's a superfly deadly assassin with a mysterious past, semi-known motivations, and a deep personality that seems tortured and loving at different times. Sarine is a complex and well thought out character, much more so than any other character in this story in my opinion. So going from character alone, she is the most attractive, the fact that she's smokin hot helps a lot. I think what really does it for me is that seeming air of experience she carries with her. Its like nothing is new, because she has seen everything there is to see, but that she trys to make it seem fresh or something...

Of course life doesn't end when you are thirty, that's when women are at the height of their libido/lust. Rather I was wondering about the fanservice focus on Sarine, it's unusual to focus on a thirty-year old as a sexual object. Come to think of it though, Errant Story would have a lot of mid-twentyish readers...

Well, those who can't get enough hot lesbian "sexxors," whatever the hell that is, try out the new series Hexed on BBC America. It is about a young Englishwoman who discovers she has magical powers and an important destiny. It's like Charmed, except it's not retarded.

Anyway, one of the female characters is an lesbian high school girl with a nice, smutty English sense of humor and a predeliction for checking out the level of bisexual interest in her classmates by psychically infiltrating their wet dreams.

How can you go wrong with that?

Oh, there's a male lead who looks like a lean Orlando Bloom. He stands around looking pretty and stubbly and vaguely evil, constantly reminding the heroine that she'd doomed to die for for him and she might as well give up resisting his charms. It would do the series a world of good if, in the middle of one of his ominous, knowing speeches, she gave his smug, boring, stiffly handsome face a really good shot with a tire iron.

And if Misa does go with Sarine, they're prolly going to meet up with someone else too, since it seems most of the story has followed a three person group thus far... And the time we DIDN'T follow a three person group mainly, is Ians side story, which was a bit short if you ask me.

That, or they find the rest of the gang. And I don't think that Poe is all that concerned with the symbolism of numbers/the holy trinity/whatever the fuck else you wanna read into the number three.
