Thanks for the offer. But transatlantic shipping is not for free and can take ages. I just had to send back a DVD box within Europe to get it replaced, and the postage refund definitely didn't cover my costs. I've managed to keep the book in shape by handling it more carefully after the first experience. Maybe I'll order another copy next time I order at the shop.
