Ok, I'm a little lost here.
Probably one of the few cultural barrier that I haven't face already.

I mean we have wedding list and all the stuff, but it's usualy just for wedding-guest that a identifiable by the fact that they have an invitation card that we sended to them.

Is your post to invite us to join the multitude of devote religious zelote that will come to celebrate by anticipation the birth of their new messia ( prophecy understated by the union of their comic's god and his beloved(orth?) )

Is it a way to offer us the possibility to give both of you our benediction and our wish of prosperity by participating at your weddinglist-gift?


Or is it just that you are so happy that the website and that the event is now available for all to know that you want to share your joy and happyness with everyone here?



As bad as everyone of those statement might seem, it is more because of my lack of efficiant vocabulary in english than any desire to shock or to outrage (the questions were intended to be humorus, as well as sincere (I just want to understand), not misplace or offencive in anysort )

And soon Impy's parasitic larvae shall hatch from their slumber deep within Poe's brain and eat their way to the surface, exiting through his eyesockets. From there it will not be long before they assert themselves as the new dominant race of the Earth. Poe will likely just pass this entire ordeal off as just the result of having a drinking binge while at an anime convention.

It's the same here that typically the wedding website is only for the guests with invitations. I'm making it available here because you guys are kinda like family... and even if you can't all be actually invited to the wedding (we totally couldn't afford the booze), I still want to share the event with you in some way.

Also, Band, traditionally the bride's name is listed first on wedding stuff, at least until the couple is actually married (not that I'm changing my name, since I happen to like it and am far too lazy to learn a new one). Poe's name is first on the web address, though.

Yeah, besides, Hilary Poe would make things confusing, since Michael Poe is often referred to simply by his last name. If you referred to "Poe", how would you know if it was Mr. or Mrs. Poe you'd be talking about?

I'm aware there are plenty of other good reasons for Impy to keep her name. Besides, I've always thought "Hilary Hatch" had a nice ring to it.
