If it helps, I solmonly swear that if Impy and Poe be devoured by a horde of rabid weasles that I, The Ancient Viking Master, will personally research ways to weaponize those rabid weasles, sell them to some poor third world dictator, and use the funds to restore whatever portion of the interweb the weasles didn't gnaw up too badly. That failing, maybe someone on the forum here could invent a time machine with which we could send an intrepid suc...er...volunteer back in time to the day before tomorrow to stop the interweb from dying.
That being said, as someone mentioned earlier, as soon as the store is up and running again, we should have compendiums of both Errant Story and Exploitation Now, available in a high-tech nuevo format called 'Book'*. Book-formatted archives use a form of zip-like compression called binding (now with stunning near-2-dimensional compression), and are suitable for both text and images. Books are Windows, Mac, and Linux compatible, and you can even take them into the bathroom without worrying about all those pesky cords and horrible electrocution deaths. Books are magnet-safe, do not require adapters, are safe to take aboard airplanes, and should that plane crash in a mountain range, can be used in emergencies to cook parts of that soccer team you were traveling with. So not only does getting the book help the author, it also helps you, the reader/fan.
*Books are meant to be used as part of a healthy well-rounded education. Do not attempt to take books internally. If you should get a book in your eye, rinse with cool running water and see your doctor immediately. Books stored for long periods of time may become valuable. Please consult your doctor if you have any questions. Books may not be for you. Do not take books, especially Poe's, if you are: pregnant with an interdimensional squid monster, uncontrolably bleeding from both eyes, the square root of a number divisible by cheese, not able to take a joke, or are a member of a soccer team that's crash-landed in the mountains. In the state of California, Poe's works may cause cancer... but then again, apparently everything does in the state of California. Have you ever seen their disclaimers? They make this look like haiku. Where was I? Oh, yes, read a book.
Ah. Okay.
