Okay folks: here's how to counter it.
Step one: GIS for a reasonably sized source image: i'm thinking... FBI most wanted.
not necessarily this particular one, but it's the first i snagged off a GIS.
Second: apply the prankmaster's favorite tool..
to include photos of the intended target in the place of the criminal. if possible, use the "pencil sketch" filter to make a photograph of the victim look like a police sketch.
Third: come up with some truely appauling, but believable crimes. three outrageous ones and a "grand theft auto" slapped on in the end will make it believable. "multiple weapons violations" is also a popular one.
fourth, Include a disclaimer in 2-pont font that runs around the outer edge as the border.
teeny, tiny fonts are really hard to read and smudge really easily, since discrepancy laws have no minimum text size, this can constitute as a legal disclaimer that this is not a real FBI poster. Fifth: Post these in locations near the rapist warning posters.
