Wishful thinking headline...

BOSTON--Officials are still investigating a two-fatality, single-vehicle car wreck that evidently occurred today when the vehicle veered off the pavement and struck a cast iron monument. The driver is suspected to have been on oxygen therapy; an oxy tank exploded just after impact and set the car afire. The only known passenger was partially ejected from the vehicle. Witnesses claim he was not wearing his safety belt. Names are being withheld pending notification of relatives.

(Idea came from a short story I read in the Futures magazine years ago...it was about a man who was a hit-and-run fanatic, who killed himself trying to run down a deer that turned out to be an iron decoy.)

Wasn't he the guy who was the one who watched Liz as she was in the cemetary talking in place of Davan? The one she mentions in the strip above?

I can't place the old man and the sycophant, but um... I think they're related to the theatre somehow, ne? And aren't they the same ones that hit Kestral? Or was that a truck?

The man that was run over is Silas.

The other's are Ollie and Tornaldo (I believe. I think my spelling is off)

In the first of the two strips, are the feet for that ashtray from Twitchy? In the last frame of the Pet Professional cameo that showed the in-apartment scene, the feet were of different colors (though not the ones shown on the window sill).

Twitchy's color has never been consistant.

First poor Kestral and now Ollie. What's with the being hit by a car?

OMG! Alvagaro (so something like that) is out on the loose again, what happened to being in a home and a moble chair? Watch out Pepito. Also, when did he get a nose ring? Or is that my eyes playing tricks on me?

Slightly off topic, but did you guys catch the keencast with Randy. Flippin hilarious!

I don't think it's a nose ring, I think it's an oxygen hose... And yes, I do belive the ashtray feet are those of none other than the recently departed twitchy-hug. ^_^ I could be wrong of course...

-Avogadro is breathing oxygen through those tubes while getting a hummer from Ollie (thats not a milk mustache)
- the comment of "not again" imples that they were the ones who hit Kestrel, but someone else can go back and see if it is the same car
- I didnt catch on to the twitchy feet thing until it was said here...
now its even funnier.
