Im a little disappointed in davans reaction to kharisma's situation.

After all they have been through...

i mean...I know davan is davan...but i still expected more...

you think you know a guy....

PLEASE tell me im not the only person here who expected a different reaction...

Whats the point of gettign such news if you are not going to respond with hysterical laughter?

No, that response was absolutely beautiful. Beautiful. See, he doesn't even have enough respect or caring about her situation to laugh. NOT EVEN ENOUGH TO LAUGH. It's not even a blip on his radar that Kharisma is in jail, probably for life.

Does anyone else wonder if Eva and Kharisma are going to end up as cellmates? Or even cross paths? I know, I know, Eva wasn't in prison for murder or anything, and for all I know she's not even in there now because of the man-beating thing, but still. Birds of a feather and all that....

On the other hand, as he said in the second frame of this strip, those who get made fun of get it because the rest of the group cares something about them. The opposite of love (well, like, in this case, I guess) isn't hate, but apathy.

And on an unrelated note, just why was whatsherface getting spraypainted green in the Nov 17th strip? I don't think there was any mention made of the reason, but I can't imagine her wanting to do it "just because".

Admittedly, being somewhat of the geekish sort, my first thoughts was she was going for looking like an Orion slave girl from Star Trek, for some reason or other.
