If this was 'Moe', then it is the single best example of the genre/style/theme (not sure how to classify it) I have ever seen.
Also, I expected a horrible, horrible ending. I was not disappointed.

Yeah, Shinryaku Ika Musume looks to be moeblobbish slice of life comedy. Definitely among the better things to watch this season.

In other news,

It appears as though Panty & Stocking has a plot. I don't know how I feal about said development, but the last episode was awesome.

Legend of the Legendary Heroes continue to be unworthy of it's name.

Dragon Ball Kai is better than I expected (never watched/read DB/Z/GT).

Iron Man bore me, so I stopped watching it. Please tell me if I should pick it up again.

It's still pretty rubbish. I still can't decide whether I prefer it over Ren and Stimpy though...

Haven't been watching it, so I can't help. But on the positive side, I can tell you that the next spectacular conversion from Marvel superhero to anime fucknobbery will be Wolverine. It's apparently coming out at the start of next year, so you should be able to be bored of it by mid-February.

I must say the winter release collection does look pretty special. Also, reply #666. :toot:

I heard that it had acquired a story, it might have gotten better.

Kuragehime is entertaining. It makes me want to watch Genshiken yet again.

Last episode had a Ren and Stimpy reference. It was GLORIOUS.
It also had Phoenix Wright for good measure.

It was seriously lacking in the laser/magic fireball sequence, not to mention the explosion sequence. Other than that it was quite good.

The epic boss showdown was missing as well. But yeah, it got quite a few of the other ones.

Actually, I sort of thought that was the section from 2:19 to 2:22, which wasn't boss showdown but was showdownish. I just noticed that it skipped the character zoom-out and pose section, though that is pretty much interchangeable with characters turning to face the camera.

Yeah, I noticed that after I posted this. Still, there's a distinct, running-up-to-the-boss final showdown type pose that isn't captured.

Also, I'd pose this question to the youtube post, but that would require me to comment on youtube and someone on here probably knows: what is the outstretched hand in the blue sky from 3:45 from? I know I should know it, but it's driving me crazy.
