no, really, I've finished all my coursework and don't have an exam untill next friday afternoon, that leaves me with a free week, in that week i'm going to run a marathon

well, in the gym, over the week... come on, what do you think i am?

still, i've got something to aim for, so i'll list my daily mileage and see if i can get to the end in a week, i tend to only go to the gym for an hour or so at a time, so 3-5 miles is about my average with some weight work as well, lets see what i can do eh?

*goes to choose some hardcore records to stick on the mp3 player to soundtrack it*

GO! GO! GO!

I find that techno at between 140 and 150 bpm works the best for running, because techno has more of a beat to it.

EDIT: and I can't spel.

that would work for me...unless you mind the killing spree that would follow techno driving me insane.

Nah, getcha some hardcore rock with a bunch of double bass drumming. Try to run at every beat. You'll get where you are going much faster I'm sure.

I plan to get involved with the UWO Naked Run. I have nothing to do with it, but I plan to run.

Yes, I am refering to a run, nude, in the Canadian winter.

My tastes lean towards the slightly milder... Old Man's Child is probably the heaviest I listen to. The CD player usually tends to contain Metallica, Iron Maiden or something like that.

anyway, to update y'all, day 1 was a write off (see above) and so was day 2. i followed on from above by sleeping untill 5pm, got up and went for a big curry then watched taped WWE and HK ghost busting action film 2002, then hit the internet/irc untill now, 8am on day 3

mileage after 2 days = 0

planning on hitting the gym in a few hours, then sleeping through the daylight. we'll see.

This sounds like my schoolwork (and probably a lot of other people's as well): Nothing gets done until the last few nights.

ok, day 3.. instead of going to the gym i made myself some pasta for breakfast and went to bed, i was woken up at 6pm by my sister phoning to ask about the tank show i'm heading over to in the summer

by then it was too late to to any training, now we're off to see Gangs Of New York, we havn't been able to get big top hats yet.. prehaps for teh DVD release. Sunday is the day of rest fo' sho'

in other news, why the hell have i got webcam hits from the Stilemedia site? *shudders*

3 days = 0 miles (good average mileage)

ok ok, 4th day.... 0 miles

got up at about 6, went food shopping with my flat, then drunk a pink milkshake out of my glass SS beer stein, watched some tv, then some more, then more.. discussed the merits of X-Men Evolution 9well, i leatched over Kitty/Shadowcat) then watched some more tv.. now i'm here..

holidays are fun and all.. but i really should get something done i supose...

so, after 4 days a total of 0 miles, at least i'm keeping up my daily average.. does kind of mean that i've got to pull 8-9 miles a day now...

right, day 7 = 3 miles, day 8 = exam

so in summary, 3 miles up on the week, knocked my average a little (from the straight 0 of last week) but hey

only 23 miles to go eh?
