Yes, this guy decided to invade OHA and do exactly the same thing, He emailed me too. When he did it to OHA way back, we put up a warning for any other webmasters and I spread the word. The flooding and the leeching are unrelated, and a mere co-incidence that they came together in such a way. WHen it happened to OHA, the usercount didn't rise to any new heights, the same happened to Anime Source. |

Eronarn, thats possibly the best news I've heard today. On a side note, this type of crap can ruin the good reputation of a forum, anime forums are usually good fun, they are almost always free and the communitys in general are decent and quirky enough to keep things interesting and fresh for a long time. This community seems no different, EXCEPT: Their admin(or someone) is being a wanker for no good reason. Unless he is somehow getting paid(no advertisments that I can see so its unlikely) per member, what he is doing is inviting people like Ero and myself over to troll. Shit, I think I might troll, I haven't done it in a long time(Goatse.cxing Slashdot was always fun), also the way he tries to attract members does seem to assume an average mental age of about 12 amongst us. Any insult to my intellegence will be met with all types of drunken Australian antics. I got a four pack of Guiness here from my brother(thank you Chad) as a birthday present, I can become disruptive. In conclusion I owuld like to take a moment to thank Kyhm, running a forum like this is costing you money, probably not as much as I think but still, your doing this all out of the goodness of you heart and we don't get a chance to thank you all that often. And seeing crap like this makes me appreciate your work over the last year and a bit all the more. To Kyhm!!! Actor. No I haven't started drinking |
