Sadly, I think the ability to change hairstyles was the most interesting part of the new xpak anouncment for me....

Pandarens don't live in Northrend so unless they open up another continent (like Undermine but that's goblins) you're out of luck.

Also they said there will be no new low level content for this expansion so you're just plain out of luck.

The expansion. You should know how blizzard is with actual releases as opposed to expansions.
