That's right, folks. CNN is now reporting that we've started economic sanctions against France, and that, in continuation of the war on terror, and the war on those who oppose the war on terror, the bombing will start, quote, "Any day now."

Wait a minute...since you're boycotting everything French even in your speech shouldn't you be saying you're boycotting 'freedom country' or somesuch?

The way we pronounce France it pisses them off anyway. I intentionally butcher any French words I say. I just hope the Frogs are listening!

I really wouldn't mind going to war with France, Belgium and Germany, if it wasn't so pointless. You can't shine a shoe made of shit, as the saying goes. At least the Iraqi people have some sense in them.

April Fools Day, I presume?

I'm all for boycotting France, though. Outright war is a bit more dodgy, because France has nukes (shocking, isn't it?). Now, some (possibly all, considering that I don't know much about France's nuclear arsenal) are submarine-based, and American hunter-killer subs would probably be able to take those subs down before they could launch, if America was the one who began hostilities. But if any are land-based ICBMs, they could wreak havoc.

France wouldn't dare, they have always preferred surrender to messy annihilation.

(It is more likely that we would miss the subs and take out the land based launch sites.)

Lol that is hilarious. Hitler marched on everyone that didn't join him, makes sense eh? Apparently so.

We would nuke each other's civilian populations into annihilation, leaving only those men in the subs left alive. Subs are very very tough to track.

No, he didn't. Please look your history book back up, Hitler didn't propose a League of Nations-backed War on Judaism.

(Though I'm not confident it wouldn't have been approved at the time, had he actually tried)

Err yes he did march on everyone that didn't join him. Each country that did not side with him (excluding Switzerland of course) he invaded or tried to.

You are absolutely right that Hitler did not propose such a war. Hell at the time the US might have been keen on the genetic cleansing of all Japanese in the States. War does not bring out the best in people.

Germany wasn't a member of the LoN anyway. Neither wa the U.S. due to Wilson's departure from office and the takeover by the Republican party around 1920 or so.

If this isn't some kind of cruel, stupid practical joke I want to see a link to an article....

I enjoy that people are boycotting Frenchs Mustard, a product owned by a British company and made in America.

They had to hold a press conference to insure consumers that they were in fact not French or French owned.

Take a second to thank a Marine or anyother soldier, if you dont know any head to your local recruiter and just say hi and thanks.

Yes, of course it was just a stupid April Fools' Joke. But I must agree that the people boycotting Freedom, err...France are really stupid.

And yes, I'd heard of that Frenchs Mustard thing, and I find it to be slightly more hilarious, if slightly less ironic, than the boycotting.

Do we really have to boycott French pr0n? Think of the kittens!! I say we just rename it 'freedom pr0n' and leave it at that. None of this silly business about boycotting.
