No, that's true.

We still have a fate, it's just that each copy of us has a different fate.

We might be locked into the rules of our society, but we still have limited free will within the rules of thoes societies. Even in 1984 the people had a very small degree of free will. To accept or not. The "Not" option led to years of pain and suffering but that's beside the point. No matter what, we still have a limited degree of free will. Even if that free will is the choice between "obay or Die".

I also feel that the multi universe theories are a cop out at times. It's cool to beleive in but there's just as much proof behind that theory as there is behind the existance of a god. (see god thread)

Eronarn-san: it would be interesting if you'd elaborate on this a bit, if you don't mind.

First, to help you, you can quote someone by clicking the "quote" button at the top of their post, or add <quote="Their Name"></quote> around where they speak, except replace the <> with []. It'll look like this:

Second, I'll point you here: http://forums.kyhm.com/viewtopic.php?t=4514&start=40. It's a brother thread to this one, and my post on that page explains Eronarn's theory somewhat (my long post, that is).

Good idea. Eronarn is too CRAZY to post coherently for any period of time.

Thank you Jasper-san! About the way I quote, well, I do know how to do it, but I find it kinda fun if i do it personally (or I'm just plain masochistic and regardless of my articulations' health). I'll read that thread. :)
