Spa, town, eastern Belgium, in Liège Province, near Liège. At an elevation of about 244 m (about 800 ft), Spa is a popular resort known for its baths and mineral springs. The waters were frequented in Roman times; in the 18th and 19th centuries Spa was a fashionable resort visited by royalty. From Spa the generic term for a watering place or mineral baths is derived.

Talent- a person with super-human powers.

Backround
Northwest Europe, December 21, 1944—the Battle of the Bulge has been under way for five days. In a last ditch effort to push the Allied invasion force back into the sea, Hitler has mustered an army of nearly 200,000 men and thrust them at the weakest point in the Allied line—the Ardennes forest.
The American, British and Canadian forces reeled at the impact of the attack, up until that point most believed the war would be over in a matter of weeks, and that the Germans lacked enough fuel, manpower and weaponry to mount a significant counter-attack. To make matters worse, Hitler’s feared Uberkommandogruppe SS Heinrich Himmler, (the first Army composed solely of Talents) shredded the green Allied defenses and surged forward, paving a path for the German Armies to follow—but they pushed too far ahead of their supporting forces. General Eisenhower saw the weakness, and set out to exploit it…
Under direct orders from Eisenhower all Allied Talents were ordered to Spa, to check the movement of Uberkommandogruppe SS Heinrich Himmler. Eisenhower then swung the US V Corps around between the gap of the surging super-army and the German LXVII Corps, cutting the super-men off from their reinforcements. The US V Corps now holds a thin line between the German super-army and any hope of reinforcement. Uberkommandogruppe SS Heinrich Himmler continues its deadly push towards the heart of Belgium, while the LXVII Corps struggles to break through the US V Corps line to restore a single unbroken thrust into Belgium.
Over 3,000 Allied Talents rushed to Spa to form the impromptu Allied First Talent Army after the general order was issues on the seventeenth. The battle was one of the most spectacular of the war.

For those of you too lazy to make up a 'gritty'-style superhero on your own, skip down to the "talents" part of this PDF file

http://www.godlikerpg.com/pdf/GodlikeOpenSource.pdf

and use only 30 points when buying ranks in powers. Game rules from godlike are not used here- this is just to make it easy for people who don't know the "feel" of Talents.

and if you like the idea of premade- non-copyrighted talent, go here and pick one. 25 or 30 points is reccommended- anything higher and I feel it'll be a little bit oddball.
