Seriously, give it a read next time you have "bored-off-my-ass-at-work time" (tm). Admittedly, it starts out kind of silly and random, but by page 20 or so

See, right there, stuff like that. A normal thread is lucky if it gets to 8 pages. You're telling me this one doesn't even really get started until page 20 or so. And I've seen the posts in that thread- they're not exactly one-sentence postwhores.

To paraphrase something MiB said in response to my Matrix post:

*takes out binoculars, and watches the RT camp as the HORRIBLE HORRIBLE amounts of text begin their march*

O.o

I'm gonna dig a trench now.

I think I might need "Bored Off My Ass Because I Lost My Job and Subsequently Won the Lottery and No Longer Have to Work Time™" to tackle *that*.

::ahem:: If I, whose attention span was so short I couldn't sit through The Matrix, could sit and read it, you can too.

::runs like hell 'cause her Matrix secret is out::

KEEEEEEEEEEEEELLL!!!!

::sics the little dude from the fifth panel of this comic strip on Eryn::

;-)

Seriously, WI, it's not too hard to peruse the Road Trip thread and get a general sense of what's going on. I started, oh, around the time I joined, and just took random samples of the pages midway back. I admit that though I once tried starting from the beginning and reading straight through, I wasn't able to get to even page 20. :( I am not worthy!

(But at least I've been able to sit through the Matrix movies, AND discuss them at length. :P ;-) )

The first post on that Page is a relativly decent summary I made, it neglets a lot of the important plot points but gives you an idea on how the first 30 or so pages went.

Actor.

Allright, you bastards win. I'll have to read it on one of my days off. Normally I have better things to do on those days than futz about the forum, but most of you read my Matrix posts, so I suppose it's the least I could do ^^.

I'm tired of seeing references to it and not knowing what they're talking about, anyway. Don't think I'll be able to join the new one, as I only have so much TBOMAaW™.
