You're never too good to not keep practicing.
I might have to also get a grip on my "powers" like that in the BB&G thread.

Now if i had those powers when I fought spike in the Mech Fight and had a MS from G Gundam, Spike would have lost instead of me.

But enough gloating...

I'm game for some sparring and practice

One psycho cat high on catnip reporting!

I've got plenty of judo exp, but I need some strikes and kicks, and I can always use practise with edged weapons and quarter-staves.

A true warrior always prepares for war, even in times of peace. I am interested in refining my skills, so I will participate as well.

Perhaps I'm off base... I just thought the original advertisement was a parody (and I do think it is ROTFL-funny!)... but I didn't expect people to actually want to sign up... or maybe I'm misunderstanding the tone of some of the follow-on posts. (It won't be the first time I'm completely out-of-sync with everyone around me!)

OK this was supposed to be a parody .. but judging from the posts people are interested so here goes:

1) This will be a Cyberpunk PBEM (play by email or bullitan board I guess)
2) If you have access to the Cyberpunk Rules 2nd ed (2020) these will be 70 point Characters No stat less than 2 no stat greater than 10 (unless a full cyborg or a bio-roid)
3) Setting is the earth in the time frame of Appleseed
4) I will be setting up a background page or PDF in the next 2 days
5) Wetware (mechanical replacement parts grafted into the body) is common (all costs 1/4)
6)Full Cyborgs are common (20+% of the combat population
7)there is NO HUMANITY LOSS
:cool:If you want to participate and don't have a copy of the rules no problem ... we will work things out.
9) Post here with any questions or interest

Well folks sorry about the delay .. but I have the entire cyberpunk rulebook in html format now. you can find it from the link on my profile page http://www.go-ssi.com/roleplaying/
It is a very different game than BESM .. this is dark gritty and deadly .. besm is just fun and learning.
