I know it seems like I'm bitching and procrastinating guys, but really, I would rather be writing for this. However, thank you fucking power outage... Sunday - Tuesday are generally my most busy days of school. I'll *try* to get my post in by Thursday or Friday.

Also, a few friends of mine are supposed to be writing and posting profiles some time this week, but they'll be having the same basic trouble as me - six to eight classes with homework or readings due every day.

Excellent. A shame that couldn't be finished due to various circumstances and a case of writer's block on my part. In any case, I will try to keep posted.

not sure about UK, but in Germany you see a lot on VWs, BMWs, Renaults, Peugots, Opels, Audis, and sub-sub-compacts (ever hear of a Ford "Ka"? They're like 1/2 an escort :P)


FWIW, the new standard is for all government agencies under the "intelligence" umbrella to go to 3 letter abreviations. Hence the renaming of NIMA (National Imagery and Mapping Agency) to NGA (National Geo-spatial intelligence Agency)

Except over here opels are called something else that I can't even being to spell, and yeah I've heard of the ford ka, and I think that there worse than my mums renault 5 thats tiny!

appearance -
Of an average build, Koi's most striking feature is her long, curly hair. It reaches below her waistline and appears very dark brown until she's in the sunlight, where it shines bright burgundy. She almost never wears it up, because she loves the feel of it around her, like a blanket. Her clothes consist mostly of jeans and odd t-shirts. Sometimes she'll put on a floor length skirt, just to throw people off. She's also quite fond of Rennaissance garb.

She lives in the small town of Natchitoches, which is on the southern border of an edge of the Hateful Forest. The government has a highly secretive school on the grounds of the local college, known only by the code name "LSMSA". The students are generally avoided by the local townspeople. The few (rather idiotic) local frat boys that occasionally try to harass the students (Example: By throwing beer bottles at them as they walk along the side of the road) have had mysterious runs of... ill luck.

A friend of Brooke's, she tends to tag-along, as she's new to LSMSA and hasn't quite gotten her own niche there. She's known among the other Gifties as Brooke's Shadow but for a few who actually know her...

She is, however, known for her love of anything Japanese.

origin -
Growing up as the oldest of 4 children, she's had alot of time to be away from the scrutiny of her parents, and became the black sheep of the family at a young age. She spent most of her time reading or surfing the internet.

She went through her teenage angst stage early and always noticed that she only angsted when it rained. She loved the rain because it feels so sad, she thought maybe it was just rain putting her in a bad mood.

She realized the truth behind the rain one day when she was walking through town in a general rage. The rain poured down around her and she loved every second of it. What she didn't realize was what was going on behind her. Nearly every building she passed was struck with lightening.

The town realizing what she is, sent her to LSMSA at the relatively older age of 18.

Personality -
One of the first things people note about Koi is that she has an odd name. Her name is obviously Japanese and her last name is (less obviously) Irish. This sort of sets the path toward her offset personality.

She mostly appears to be a happy-bouncy fangirl. She hugs everyone.

She does go into very quiet moods, where she'll go off on her own. She'll listen to music, write, draw or sometimes just stare off into space, lost in her own thoughts.

She can get along with just about anyone. Most people do not bother her unless they show excessive amounts of stupidity, and even then she can tolerate them in small doses. SMALL doses. Once you go overboard, she does have a short temper. (It's the Irish in her.)

She's also semi-glad she was sent to LSMSA, because she is finally around people like herself, because she's always felt different.

Powers -
The only power she knows of is that she can control the weather. So far it only works with her emotions and only strong emotions. She has little to no control over when her power works and when it doesn't.

She's also discovered that she has mild telepathy, sometimes picking up on the thoughts of people around her, other times just obscure feelings and images.

Yeah okay, I posted again. And it feels very weird to use Rusty's character even the tiniest bit. I'm a bad rper. Bad Darkie.

But this is better than my first intro.

So, lets just slash off the National bit and go with PIA.

Ironically, Pia is Latin for pious, or obedient.

My moms car is pretty big, can't remmemeber what it is though, might e an astra, but its a decent sized people carrier style car if thats any help.
