Fuckin' shit yeah.
Dr. Who. Draw, write, compose. Old or new nonsense. Please specify which doctor inspired your entry.

I want some fictions in here this time, please.

And I'm going to draw something, but do not vote for it ever.

Edit: Entries due DECEMBER31 Do a good job or have fun.

Also, multi-page comics can be one entry, but as for unrelated entries: you have to pick with one of them you want people to vote on.

All righ, so I've seen a few of the old ones, but never two in a row, so I never knew what it was really about after the theme song.

And boy howdy, what a theme song.

I guess there's clowns, cute female sidekicks, the doctor travels via a police-telephone booth, and there's a bunch of robots who are really aliens. Or something.

Probably all you need to know. It's a kid's show.

Alright, this will require ‘little explanation for non-Who watchers…

The Doctor is a alien that has this ability to regenerate, Which pretty much means when he dies, the old dieing body gets replaced with a new model. Generally speaking, it’s whenever the old actor gets tired of being the Doctor, they kill him off and replace him with a new actor. There has been 10 Doctors since the show started sometime in the 60s. Rather ingenious way to keep the show going if you ask me. Obviously it’s worked too if it’s still going form the 60s.

This is the fourth Doctor. Namely Tom Baker who played him. He’s kinda scary…

Image

My take on how frightening this would appear to a five year old…

Image

That’s not actually the one I want you to vote on… I just like Doctor Who and I like to draw him…

THIS IN NOT AN ENTRY.

EDIT: I change my entry!

I'll just delete the old one as not to confuse anyone..

Three conversations, all within time and space, three conversations, and with them changes the face of the universe itself.
Three conversations and with them the lives of billions of worlds change in a sentence.

Birth.(The Doctor)

It was a cold morning on Gallifrey, the ancient generators humming silently as the great world watched over the universe as it moved soundlessly through space and time, forever alone and eternally distant. Her people ever watching and guarding the vortex, repairing the mistakes of the younger more brash species that would, like a herd of Necrotim making its way through a sky of stars, stumble blindly into without thought for the consequences, interfering only when all other options were expanded.

He walked slowly towards the ship repair docks, not drawing attention to himself, just making his way in a determined manner in the direction he felt destiny had forced him to go. He was an old man, but only in this lifetime, sprightly in a way that his body could hide but his eyes could not.
The deaths on Rionis were what had set him off, so thought the Time Lords he'd just left behind him. Young in body but always debating and posturing like the old men they were, ancient in duration and in ideals, young in their enthusiasm to prove their ancient suppositions correct, no matter the cost.
He'd been on Rionis once before, eighty years ago, and he could revisit it again and again and time yet again, but never after this date, their world, but for a small error was gone now. Destroyed by apathy and mistakes that could have, with but a small correction at the right moment by the least noticed of all people, been avoided.
He reached his goal, the Time Lords ships dominated to room, some where spherical and glowing to show that they were in working order, some where shaped oddly, chameleon circuits going insane on a world filled with such diverse time streams and in a room full of ever changing objects to adapt to and hide within. Workmen in blue overalls(because any other outfit in such a location would be stupid) took tools capable of destroying planets from boxes made of cardboard and worked to correct the ships errors.
He could sense it, even though he knew its location by heart. The ship was connected to him, on many levels it was a part of him, even now, as the repair crew began to de-construct it to stop him leaving the planet and breaking the laws of the time lords. Resentment welled inside him, it was his ship and before they could stop him and destroy here he would take it and leave. Never again would tragedies such as Rionis, Kaliasis, Metronin or Mars happen again, he would stop it all, with every ounce of his being.
He would save every one of them, one world at a time until time was over and everything was as it was meant to be.
"So you're leaving are you?"
He spun, an unfamiliar face had stepped out of one of the ships, a member of the council he was not, he was dressed in a fashion that was similar to the planet Earth circa 20th century, one of his favourite worlds if only for their excellent food and terribly limited understanding about pretty much everything. The stranger stroked a tiny black goatee. His piercing darkened eyes looking him over the entire time.

"I've no reason to stay. They won't change, the universe will go on into infinity, collapsing into dystopia, entropy will have its way in time and then there will be nothing, I feel, in a way that they are almost looking forward to it, less administrative work and no pesky continuity errors for them to deal with. My work is out there, fixing it all, making it all click together until everything is right. One world at a time all united. I'll show them that we can be a force for good, we can make a difference and it doesn't have to. They've only just started to break my ship apart, I should be able to fix what they've broken, after that. Nothing will stop me." His eyes glazed over just a little bit, a spark of the universes potential glistened behind them.

"And if the universe doesn't want to change?" The younger time-lord was standing now as if to block the soon-to-be fugitive, the workmen behind them hadn't stopped. "If they like wallowing in their own self-destruction?"

"Then I'll change them, I'll make them save themselves, by hook or by crook. I'll save them in spite of themselves." A whistle sounded in the distance and the tools were all dropped and men began to walk away from their jobs for some lunch. "I know what I'm doing. I know how to make it work."

"You and I, we aren't that different, I've always known that somewhere within you there was a little bit of me. A little bit of that desire, the fix the universe, to make it work, organised, ordered, everything in its place. Omelettes and eggs my friend, that's the truth about men like us, we want one and everyone is the other. And break them all one by one we will."

"You're from later, aren't you? We've met before, but you're different now. What happens to you?" The mixed use of various past, future and present tenses in time-lord vocabulary was one of the many reasons that there were so few poets on Gallifrey. "Who are you?"

"A lot of things happen to me, my friend. So many things, but you aren't like me, not now, not ever. Not like this." He looked at a small silver timepiece, chuckled and moved aside, the doorway to the holding cells opening behind him, the ships simply stood there. "I've done what was needed. I've done what was necessary to stop you becoming like me.... go forth and heal the universe, Doctor."

"Who? Me?"

A pounding of footsteps behind him made him turn, afraid that the workmen had returned, or that guards had arrived with orders to remove him, but it was just a girl, one he knew so well having been with her since her birth so many years before, Susan reached him and stopped, she almost went to hug the elderly man, but composed herself. "Grandfather, I want to come with you. Thank time you haven't left yet. I don't know about fixing the universe, but I want to see it Grandfather, with my own eyes I want to feel the light of suns on my face, to breath in the worlds that we just look at occasionally to ensure they don't break. I want to come with you and I'll help you if that is the cost, because you're the only family I have left."

"Susan, my dear granddaughter, I think.... I think I've been wrong about a lot of things." His eyes sparkled suddenly as the thought of travel filled him.

"You aren't leaving Grandfather, you'll stay here on Gallifrey? I thought you said you couldn't just watch the universe idly destroying itself any more. I thought, that we would see it together."

"I can't sit by and we will see it all. You and I. Yet, I think I was wrong in how I should fix it, I don't think that I have the right to do it that way anymore." He turned around to find the stranger had vanished. "I think, you and I have a long way to travel, and its going to take us some time to make everything better. But we've time to spare. And the ship will take us there."

"Where Grandfather?"

"Wherever the people of the universe need healing, I'll be their healer. Come along, we have a lot to do. And I'm just the Doctor who'll do it."

They walked into the ship as the whistle blew signalling for the men to return to work, the humming thrust of the engines engaged as the two of them vanished into the void, leaving Gallifrey behind.

Life.(The Master)

The planet of Skaro was where they had come from, like bushfire they'd spread outwards, ever moving, ever advancing, slowly, surely and inevitably they progressed.
They had no fears, no enemies that anyone knew of, no emotional attachment to anything but their mission of cleansing the universe of everything they weren't. Tactically brilliant, intellectually unsurpassed and adaptable beyond limitation they'd arrived on this world only to be destroyed by local military forces through curiously timely luck and determination.
Those few that survived the initial attack were isolated and broken up from crashing from orbit, most had been ordered to die before retreat.
His was the unpleasant job of finding the nearly dead and interrogating them, to determine that their attempts to pierce the vortex were still woeful failures, only when they represented a threat to his people would they retaliate, swiftly and without mercy as they had done in the future and past.
The communication unit detected the presence of the creature within two hundred smoots, he was walking, shielded by technology immune to their weapons, technology that might have saved thousands of worlds but was used for him in this place and him alone.
The shell was still, the weapon stalk unmoving, life signs were inside, the creature, despite its near destruction did not scream or whimper.

"I know what you are." His steps were slow and even. "Do you know who I am? Who my people are, what we guard?"

No response.

"We need to know about your attempts to interfere with the Vortex, we need to know what threat you represent. You'll tell me."

The metal shell was silent, its single eye-stalk turned to face him.

"Speak, tell me what I need to know. Talk, Dalek, TALK!"

It tried to move, grinding gears within it buckled and strained, drowning out the sounds of the world around them.

Goosebumps rose up on his skin as a voice within the shell grated out. "You are like him, the oncoming storm." It bellowed out. "EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE THEM ALL!"

"No one is coming for you Dalek, its just you and me here, tell me about your incursions into the void, or face annihilation. The Time Lords will stop any attempts to take control of the void with force."

"You can't. Nothing can halt the Dalek programme. Nothing!"

"Such certainty. You think you can destroy us? We who build into the very fabric of the universe itself? What makes you think that you possess such power?"

"We destroy. You watch. You see us and yet do not interfere, YOU FEAR US. All of you but the Doctor."

"Who?"

"The Doctor. He finds us in times of victory and snatches from us that which is ours by right. He is of your kind... Time Lord."

"Interesting. Let me show you how afraid I am of you Dalek, how afraid the Time Lords are of your pitiful armada." A shimmer around his frame and the shielding vanished. "Look upon the face of your enemy you tin-can little monster. And know that I'm stronger than you can ever hope to be."

The Dalek fired its laser between the hearts of the timelord. He fell immediately. Toppled over without pain.

"Your weakness will become our strength. Your foolishness will become our advances. Your Fear will become our Weapons!"

Hours passed, the Dalek, unable to move, waited for death or orders. Distress signals were unanswered, the ships above the planet were destroyed and those that survived had long since fled the world using whatever was available to them.

The still figure on the ground had remained still for so long, when it slowly began to rise up. His Goatee remained but his face was now darker, concentrated deeply in thought, as thought he were looking at the universe in a new light, little gears began to turn within his mind as the Dalek became aware of him.

"Oh, I see the fire within you Daleks now. Mindless destruction, so petty and weak. You destroy in swathes of terror and move on, no elegance, no plans, just chaos bottled around terrifying order. Oh I know you now. So much better than you know yourselves."

"Impossible. Impossible, None can survive the Daleks weapons, we Advance and Attack! Attack and Destroy! Destroy and Rejoice!"

The time lord looked one last time at the Dalek. "Not for much longer. I think that its time for something new. I'll take time to remember you when I'm done. I'll make sure that yours is the last to fall under my grasp. I will be your Master in time. Remember me Dalek. Remember me."

The ship was shaped like a tree as he walked over to it, sending a signal to his people saying that he was coming home. His last lie as an official Time Lord. Then was the time for him to start.

Death.(Dalek)

"You don't know me, poor thing that you are you don't even know your own self, you without even a name. You may not know me now but in time you and those that follow you will learn to fear me, but I don't want that, I don't want any of what is going to follow. I need you to understand that I'm not your enemy. I'm simply here to stop you from making the mistakes you're going to make, the horrors you can't even begin to imagine.

"I'm here, right now, with you in the birthing laboratories, this is where the monsters which will in time be called the Daleks started, I'm here because you need to stop now, before its too late for the universe. I know you've been programmed to destroy, to exterminate everything that is different, I know that you've got little choice in your fates, and in all honesty I wish it were otherwise. But I have to try, even if I fail I have to have at least tried to stop you before you came out of this place, I have to believe in free will even though I've seen the universe roll the dice so many times and get the same results time and time again.

"In a way I pity you, if nothing else that is what fuels this conflict between us. You've been striped of all your emotions, all but hatred, I've looked around here, I can't change anything, not without destroying your kind and I'm not going to do that now, not because I have hope that you can change, but because I've seen the path that justifying dubious means with noble ends can lead down. I've read the programming that they've given your brain, I've looked into the deep recesses of your souls and all I can find in myself is pity for you.

"But you can stop it, right now, change it all from here, billions will live, the dead will be undone and you're monstrous legacy will be gone forever, I want to think you can stop yourselves. That you can prove yourselves the masters of fate. You can escape this conflict that your kind and I find ourselves trapped in. All you have to do is try, break free, just try, give me the hope that I won't have to destroy you one day. Let me see that you can resist."

"...."

"Say something. Don't just sit there, weapons dead, waiting for orders, just once before its too late to resist, just tell me what you choose. Tell me so I know that I've at least tried to end this."

"..."

"Please, let me know, just let me know..."

"...

We exterminate.... Billions?"

"Yes. Billions of innocents will fall before you, don't you understand, the wasted potential alone is maddening in its sheer scale, you have to stop this now."

"Billions?"

"Yes."

"Good."

"Then you've made your decision. I'm sorry. Then I'm forced destroy you, one by one."

"Why? Why destroy us? Why challenge us? We are Daleks, We will be supreme!"

"Because as you've shown today, no-one really has a choice in this universe do they? Goodbye Dalek. I'll be back soon enough. And I won't give you a choice next time."

Three births, three new identities, a world of creation, adventure and destruction, all balanced amongst themselves.
All sorted nicely into rows.

END.
